Same as the Half and 10k route, but proceed beyond the Half Marathon turnaround point up through the path onto the main A499 road and follow the footway into Abersoch (if tidal conditions are favourable the route may be diverted along the beach and access the road at Land and Sea).
Cross the road at the village centre and onto Lon Traeth which leads you onto the main beach. Proceed along the beach towards a car park at the far end at Machroes. Take a right turn and a short uphill section along a minor road before taking a left turn. The minor road leads you onto a gravely road where after a short climb you take the path to your left through a kissing gate. The path leads you along the Porth Tocyn headland and towards Porth Ceiriad.
Follow the path onwards around the Cilan headland and drop down onto Porth Neigwl, follow the path just above the beach where a right turn will take you to the main beach Car Park (feed station). Take a right when exiting the carpark and follow the minor road which leads to the village of Llanengan. Take a right at the crossroads and follow the minor road to Sarn Bach.
Go straight ahead across the crossroads and follow the road till you come to a T-junction. Take a left at the junction and take the trackway immediately to you left which leads you back onto the trackway towards the Abersoch Golf Club and onto Abersoch beach. Follow the same route back towards the finish in Pwllheli.
